Disconnected Solution from Vaporware to Production

Garry Keener will present on what it took to go from a proof of concept solution to an in-use production tool. DCP Midstream’s goal is to expand the functionality of a tool to help their field data collection by implementing a “sync” function. Simultaneously, the solution also integrates with a PODS Esri GIS. Discussed in this presentation will be the following:

Speaker Biography

Garry Keener is 28 years old and a GIS Analyst with DCP Midstream. He started with the GIS group at DCP Midstream in 2006 while still attending college. Mr Keener is the GIS Analyst for the ArkLaTex region at DCP Midstream which has approximately 2,400 miles of pipe, a small portion of DCP Midstream’s 61,000 miles of pipe. He also take care of Delorme products for the company which currently has a user base of about 1000 folks within DCP Midstream. Garry is a father of two young fantastic boys and husband to a wonderful wife and mother.
